Our vision
At Your Balance Project, our vision is to make movement feel safe by fostering an inclusive, empowering and welcoming environment for every-body.
Especially, in today’s fast society, the benefits of movement have became vital for our mental and physical health. We believe that Pilates and exercise should be part of our lifestyles and should be available to anyone; regardless of race, gender, age, ability, background or socioeconomical status.
Our studio was founded on principles of kindness, science based, and holistic care. To us, pain and injury aren’t just about muscles or joints — they affect your energy, your sleep, your mood, your relationships, how you eat, how you show up, what you do and how you move in the world. Chronic pain, especially, can be mentally and emotionally draining. We will help you to change your vision about your pain your body and your capacities.
This vision and approach is passed on to every instructor who joins our team. Our instructors are not only trained in Pilates — they are guided by Carolina’s clinical knowledge, values, and commitment to offering safe, inclusive, and personalised movement experiences.
We have proudly built a studio that fosters respect, kindness and inclusivity in a such a supportive and fun community. I hope you can find in us, a community and exercise practice that resonates with you and that essentially changes your life.
We are here to meet you exactly where you are — and help you move forward with confidence.
This isn’t just Pilates. It’s your space to breathe, rebuild, and feel good again.

Hi, I’m Carolina — and I believe movement is more than exercise — it’s a way to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and boost your confidence.
I started Your Balance Project with a simple purpose: to create a studio with a unique approach to offer inclusive, kind, and deeply empowering classes.
My movement journey started as a kid who loved gymnastics and dancing, but, like many, I lost that connection during my teenage years. It wasn’t until 2015, when I discovered the life-changing power of Pilates, yoga, and meditation in 2015.
Originally from Chile, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with the intention of helping people recover from injuries. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve explored and taught a wide range of movement practices. Through this experience — along with my training in yoga and health coaching — I developed a unique holistic approach.
These days, you can find me enjoying calisthenics, salsa dancing, hiking, swimming and moving freely — because of all these mindful movement practices. That’s also my goal for you:
To feel strong, confident, and free to do what you love. -
