Private classes are ideal for those who do not want to postpone their health and prefer individualised attention or those who have little spare time to go to a studio.

Classes at your home, at our studio, or online.

Our Pilates classes can focus on chronic injury management, pain relief, prenatal, and postnatal exercise, stress relief, improve limited mobility, or pre and post-surgery conditioning.

The easiest way to get you started is with a 5 Private Pack as it would help you to familiarise with the instructor & teaching style.

We bring all props and equipment necessary for the session.
